Pichalyze is an independent software project developed and maintained by a solo developer. It is not a registered company or legal entity. It is a Windows desktop application for data analysis that allows you to open, clean, filter, visualise and export data files.
The Free plan is available to all users at no cost. We reserve the right to change the features included in the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. By purchasing a Pro plan:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. Each account is for one person only.
You may not use Pichalyze to:
The data files you open in Pichalyze remain entirely yours. We do not access, store or transmit your data files. You are responsible for the content of the files you process.
Pichalyze and all its code, design and branding are owned by the developer. You may not redistribute, resell or repackage the App without written permission.
Pichalyze is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any data loss, business loss or damages arising from use of the App. The developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 30 days. Always keep backups of important data files.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
